YouTube on Copyright (but not how they should be)
While browsing the web, I came across this article:
http://www.techcrunch.com/2006/11/15/huh-youtube-sends-techcrunch-a-cease-desist/
In a nutshell, TechCrunch received a “Cease and Desist” letter from YouTube in regards to a program created to download videos off of the online service. YouTube believes that this is an infringement on their Terms of Service and on their copyright protections.
Considering that a vast majority of all content on YouTube does infringe on copyrights not owned by the users, I think YouTube has far greater problems to worry about.
